At Celestial Scoop, we know the future is dairy-free

There is a growing awareness that the amount of dairy products we consume as a species creates a cruel environment for la large portion of dairy producing animals, and that is why we believe that the best thing to do is to develop plant-based alternatives to conventional foods.

And what better food to set the example with, than with ice cream?

It's sweet, it's creamy, and full of flavor, but without the dairy!

Our ice cream is produced in small batches in the heart of Nelson, BC, and delivered throughout the Kootenays. It is produced using extra rich coconut milk, and all our ingredients related to flavor and consistency are organic.

Not only that, but we produce our ice cream with a mixture of Agave and Xylitol, for a sweet, but not too sweet, combination of a low-glycemic index sugar, and a naturally occurring sugar alcohol which is not sugar, nor alcohol!


Combined, this gives our ice cream its rich flavor without an overwhelming amount of sweetness!
